Crepe is a very thin layer of dough made basically from flour mixed with water and beer and in France they add chocolat to it and gives us an unbelievable taste <3 .
Ingredients :
_ 250g of flour
_4 Eggs
_1/2 Milk
_ 2 spoons of sugar
_ 50g of butter
_add a small amount of beer (it not really important)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl leave it for about 1/2 hour then cook it in a flat griddle .
Add chocolat then roll it .
