You will need:
1 cup of fresh coconut meat
1 cup of coconut water or coconut milk
3/4 Indian oysters (which you irrigate for 3 hours)
1/4 cup of birch sweetener
fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon powdered matche powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and mixed.
Pour the resulting mass into the molds and leave for a few hours in the freezer.
If desired, they can be decorated with grated dark chocolate.
