It's me again, I'm here to give another simple but nutritional recipe.

well if not I'm gonna share with you how we use to cook clamshell or mangrove clams Imbao in our dialect to be exact.

Imbao or mangrove clams,
are a lean source of protein; are rich in minerals, vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids, they also promote sexual health, and have been found to possess cancer-preventing properties.
These mangrove clams buried themselves in the mud of the mangrove areas or adjacent mudflats.
By the mangrove shells, characteristics surely you'll love trying some in the future. In my recipe, today aside from the mangrove clams healthy benefits I'll be adding more nutrients so in this recipe I added fresh homegrown moringa leaves.

has been used a long time ago because of its medical properties and health benefits.
Above are the two main healthful benefits of our soup for today. Below are the ingredients and procedures. This recipe is very easy to make and also it's cheap. I bought the mangrove clam for 0.99$ and spend on the spices and seasoning for about 0.30$ and the lemongrass and moringa are my homegrown veggies.

Ingredients
- 7 drumstick of moringa
- 1 pack mangroves clams
- 2 pcs chillies
- 1 small onion
- 1 small ginger
- 2 heads lemongrass
- 1 sachet magic sarap (seasoning)
- salt
- pepper
- water
Clean everything thoroughly
Procedures.
- Boil water
- add lemongrass, ginger, onion and chillies. cover and simmer for 1 minute.
- add mangrove clams bring to boil until cooked you can determine when it has already been done when the shells are already open.
- add seasoning, salt and pepper.
- turn off the fire and combine the moringa leaves and it's ready to serve.
From this recipe, I yielded 2 bowls of soups and good enough for our one meal.
