This was our lunch yesterday. There is nothing wrong to serve fancy gourmet food at home. I love to hear hubby asking before eating the food, "Did you take picture yet?
Lol, that's my routine before we eat. Don't eat that first! I need to take some pictures of it..
Brined with smoked alderwood salt and chicken broth with some fresh rosemary and fresh oregano overnight. Fried sweet potato and shredded carrot make the meal more real and fully filling through out the day.

It's delicious! Your food photos are getting better and better each time. I like your style in cooking and food photography. And that's what I'm familiar with: When all family members wait patiently while mom takes pictures of food! Ha ha. Especially delicious pastries that you can't have, not yet taken 150 shots))))
