Happy weekend Steemians. Even though it's raining in Seattle, it's still a special day for me. It's my husband's birthday today. I got nothing to surprise him, only the love and care that I have for him.
I made breakfast that one of the ingredients (whiskey smoked salt is an Irish sea salt) sounds a bit too strong for morning but actually not at all. Taste still the same as regular salt, it's salted ... It's just the smoke flavor that makes it different!

The thing I want to share here is not the recipe but the card I wrote yesterday, I didn't think that's going to make him LAUGH, but he did.
