Enjoy July 4th with super yummy kebab from your own kitchen
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 20 minutes / Cook Time 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb lamb
2 tbsp red curry paste
1/8 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoon chili paste
2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
Some salt
Some bamboo skewers
For The Couscous:
1 cup couscous
3/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mixed vegetables (french bean, peas and carrot)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Ground black pepper and salt
Method:
Cut the lamb and marinate with olive oil, garlic powder and some salt, then stick with bamboo skewers. In a bowl, mix well the curry paste, coconut milk and chili paste. Grill the lamb until golden and glazed both sides with the curry sauce and grill it again for a few seconds.
Bring to boil the chicken broth and milk. When it boils, add the parmesan cheese, the couscous and the veggies. Stir it and cover the pot, then turn off the heat. Let it sit for 10 to 15 minutes.
On a serving plate, arrange the couscous by using a slice of cucumber, then place the lamb kebabs next to it.
Man that sounds super good.
It IS good. You should try.
I going to give this recipe a try. I always wanted to make a lamb kebab and cous cous but some of the recipes made it seem hard. Thank you for the simplicity.
for sure, it's really yum ...
