To prepare this dish we need the following:
1.-1 large avocado (or 2 medium).
2.-1 cream cheese.
3.-2 and a half tablespoons of unflavored gelatin.
4.-2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
5.-1 tablespoon of mustard.
6.-1 tablespoon of salt.
7.-2 tablespoons spicy olive oil or 1 hot pepper (optional).
8.-1 package of toasted bread rolls or little houses.
To make coriander sauce we need:
1-1 cup cilantro.
2.-Half cup of oil.
3.-2 tablespoons olive oil.
4.-1 tablespoon olive oil.
5.-1 tablespoon of salt.
6.-A few drops of spicy (optional).
7.-2 cloves of garlic.
Utensils we need: 1 round or rectangular mold for mousses.
Now to prepare them we need the following:
Peel the avocado and chop the pulp, dissolve the two and a half tablespoons of unflavored gelatin in half a cup of cold water, and heat, liquefy the pulp of the avocado, cream cheese, lemon juice, mustard spicy drops ( optional), the jelly to easily demolish the mousse, put the mousse in the fridge and wait approximately four hours for it to set, prepare the coriander sauce by blending all its ingredients.
