记得第一次吃包浆豆腐是在西昌,自此就爱上了这道特别的小吃。包浆豆腐,不像一般的豆腐口感,豆腐皮烤的很酥脆,里面的豆腐浆却很嫩。撒上葱花、辣椒、花椒等调料,这道美食便可以出锅啦!也祝大家在新的一年里,如这道菜一样红红火火!
