Ingredients
• 6 eggs
• 200 gr of sugar
• 300 gr of dark chocolate for desserts
• 259 grams of butter
• 140 gr of flour
• 3 tablespoon of cocoa powder
• 8 tablespoons of milk
Preparation
Place the chocolate with the butter in a bowl and place it for 4 minutes in the microwave, remove it and stir until melted, if it is not completely melted, place it 2 minutes more in the microwave until it is completely melted and set aside.
In another bowl, place the eggs, sugar and mix well, then add the melted chocolate that we had reserved and mix everything very well.
Add the flour, yeast and powdered cocoa to the mixture of the eggs with the chocolate, also add the milk
In a microwave mold place the mixture and place it in the microwave for 8 minutes at a power of 800 to 750W.
Take the mold with care not to burn, let stand for 5 minutes and cut the brownie into pieces of approximately 5cm depending on the size, you can dust sugar or accompany it with a rich vanilla ice cream.
