@mafzaal92 again on steemit new new food post, lungs are very important in our life. Because without lungs we cannot live a better life. So today i will talk about the those foods that cause lung cancer in human. From my point of voew these foods are good for health, doctors reject these foods for human. So i cannot waste time of my steemit friends.
Here are some foods that cause lung cancer.
Smoking
Smoking is large cause of lung cancer. Smoking directly effect on the lungs of human, because it contain harmful carcinogenic compounds. cigrate smoke cause cancer of lungs along it pollute the our environment.
Fat
unsaturated fat is healthful for human, because it contain more quantity of double bonds in his composition. But if we see saturated fat contain single bond in his composition. Saturated fat found in solid form, which can freeze in our lungs and cause lungs cancer.
B-carotene vegetables.
B-carotene mostly found colorful vegetables, B-carotene is color that is important for life, but if we consume large quantity of B-carotene foods these cause lings cancer.
sugar.
High consumption of sugar is not good for health, if we consume sugar in less quantity then we are safe from many diseases. Simple carbohydrates is also known as simple sugar. Simple sugar is major cause of blood sugar. Sugar increase the sugar level of blood along with lungs cancer.
Arsenic
From health point of view, Arsenic is very dangreous element in the world. Arsenic directly effect on our lungs and cause lungs cancer in human. Arsenic mostly found in united state drinking water and foods.
