We love pasta. All kinds of pasta, with all kinds of gravies. This time I want to present to you a vegetarian ravioli recipe, that is easy to make and very delicious. I love cooking this recipe because it's healthy and it can easily be done in one pot, which is fantastic for busy people.
You will need some ravioli, zucchini, diced or shaved into ribbons, some baby spinach, some butter, 1-2 garlic cloves and seasonings. I use salt and pepper.
As I said, you can use one pot. Start by cooking the crushed garlic and the diced zucchini in the butter until fragrant. Add the baby spinach leaves and cook for another minute. Add in some milk and then add the ravioli. Cook according to the instructions on the package. Add seasonings and voila! One of the easiest and tastiest pasta recipes. Of course, you must serve it topped with one tablespoon full of Parmesan cheese. (Replace milk with water and skip the Parmesan cheese for a complete vegetarian recipe).
