Something Green and Leafy and Different- Patode

This is a winter only regional snack of Bijnor villages. We used to laugh at its name Patode when we were kids. They are not Pakode (which are also very tasty but deep fried in oil so not as healthy). It takes around 2-3 days to make it from spinach. Very tasty, leafy and healthy. This is my family's favourite winter Snack. They taste amazing with tea.
