Ingredients:
- Tempeh thinly sliced
- Red chili sliced thinly
- Shallots sliced thinly
- Leaves onion sliced
- thinly sliced selidri
- Salt and water to taste
- Wheat flour
Refined ingredients:
- turmeric
- Coriander
- Garlic
How to cook:
-Stir well all ingredients together with wheat flour except tempeh
- Then turn on the stove and start frying tempeh
- Heat the cooking oil before frying
- Put one by one tempeh into a prepared flour mixture

- Wait until the tempeh color turns brownish yellow then reversed and then lift when it is ripe
