Ingredients:
• 1 Lb Ground Chicken
• Vegetable Oil for Frying
Wendy's Dry Batter:
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1 Cup Breadcrumbs
• 2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Pepper
Wendy's Wet Batter:
• 2 Eggs Beaten
• 1/2 Cup Water
McDonalds Dry Batter:
• 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
• 1/2 Cup Cornstarch
• 1-1/2 Tbsp Seasoned Salt
• 1-1/2 Tsp Dry Milk Powder
• 1 Tsp Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
• 1/4 Tsp Ground Mustard
• 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
• 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
• 1/8 Tsp Ground Allspice
• 1/8 Tsp Ground Turmeric
• 1/8 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
McDonalds Wet Batter:
• 2 Eggs Beaten
• 1/2 Cup Cold Water
• 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
• 1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
• 1/4 Tsp Soy Sauce
• 1/4 Tsp Granulated Sugar
Directions:
- Shape your ground chicken to whatever shape you desire just make sure it's not too thick and can also fit in your fryer
- Freeze
- Coat your shape in flour
- Then coat your shape in the "wet batter"
- Then coat your shape in the "dry batter"
- Do a double coat
- If it's Wendy's, end in the dry
- If it's McDonalds, end in the wet
- Freeze
- Deep fry for 10 minutes @ 350°F
If it's not completely cooked on the inside, you can either fry longer if the color isn't too dark or you can finish it off in the oven until fully cooked on the inside
