I have prepared something delicious for you, quickly. Today we hear everywhere how we should enrich the immune system, eat healthy and take a lot of vitamins. I have decided to add fruits to my menu from now on to help me with that. And those are CHERRIES. They are very sour and I can't eat them alone, but in combination with banana and honey they are great. Why are cherries good?
Cherries are a source of beta-carotene (Vitamin A,Vitamin C, B1.B2). Stimulates immunity, provides protection against UV radiation and carcinogenic substances. If you have finished training, this is the right recipe for you, because cherries work against inflammatory processes and reduce muscle pain. Cherry regulates heart rate and the natural sleep cycle, so you can use this for dinner as well.

Cherries are planted in the fall and harvested in the summer. You can put the cherries in the freezer so that you can use them in the winter as well.

And now back to the recipe, from groceries we need:

  • Cherries
  • Bananas
  • Honey
  • Yogurt
Put the cherries and bananas in a blender, add two teaspoons of honey and pour over a cup of yogurt (if you don’t like yogurt, you can use milk or water), and pour over the oatmeal. Garnish with fruit and enjoy the powerful freshness of the cherries.
