Fried Chicken Recipe Soy sauce
As one of the basic ingredients or main ingredients to make a dish that is very popular with many people, chicken is still ranked first. As the name implies, cook chicken soy sauce, using soy sauce as a marinade. Typical sweet taste in chicken due to soy sauce already seep into the chicken meat. Spices:
3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 teaspoon pepper powder
2 cloves of garlic
4 cloves of red onion
salt to taste
How to cook :
Cut 1/2 kg chicken into pieces, wash and prepare for frying
Turn on the stove, wait until the hot oil and enter the chicken pieces earlier. fry until cooked and drain
Heat a skillet with a little oil, put spices like garlic, bombai and bay leaves until it smells good
Enter the fried chicken was wok, accompanied by chili spices, salt, pepper and water to taste. Do not forget to stir until blended
After boiling and ripening, drain it onto a plate to serve
