Hi community, i know this name is so weird, but i did not invented, that's the name we give to bread that have some solid fill.
The dough it's something like the subway bread, but in the moment we are going to seal it we put the fill in the center, in this case was a kind of big sausace.
Beside this, i made a half of the dough with blue colorant, just for fun.
We can prepare a garlic sauce for an extra flavor.
The result and the taste was incredible!
Oh fresh bread anything out of the oven is a winner in my book. I could eat the whole loaf by myself no sweat. The name is pretty comical too :)-
