This is a traditional preparation from my country, very delicious and with few ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Rice
- 3 cups of Water
- 1 cup of liquid milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of condensend milk
- Cinnamon
Preparation:
- First we put the rice and the water to cook at medium fire. We can move it if we want to. When the rice is a little bit soft we can add the liquid milk, the sugar and cinnamon. Move for 5 minutes and finally add the condensed milk without stop removing the preparation. Let it refresh and put it in a bowl to refrigerate. Ready to serve!
