Necessary Ingredients
Four potatoes (boiled )
Two eggs (boiled )
One onion (finely chopped)
One big spoon Green coriander (chopped)
A small spoon Garam masala
half teaspoon black pepper powder
One teaspoon red pepper Powder
A quarter cup bread crumbles to fry the oil
according to salt flavor
Method
Firstly mash the boiled potatoes in a vessel, mash them with red chilli powder, bread crambs, garam masala , black pepper powder, onion, green coriander and salt.
Now take a little more part of the potato mixture and shape it like a tikki. Do not forget to smooth the palms. Place the
boiled egg in the center of the pot of tikki and apply the kebab shape along with the potato from all sides .
Keep in a pan for heating the oil in a medium flame.
- When oil becomes hot , dip the kebab in the egg whipped.
Then put the kebab in the plate, wrap it in the plate, wrap it in the pan and fry until it becomes golden from both sides. - Ready is Egg Kabab Green chutney or Serve with tomato sauce .
