Necessary Ingredients
- One big spoon Butter
- One onion (cut into pieces)
- One broccoli (cut into pieces)
- Three big spoons almonds (powdered)
- Two cups Vegetable stock
- half cup milk
- Salt to taste
- One big spoonful of black pepper powder
- For decoration
- Five large spoons of curd
- 2 tablespoons almonds (finely chopped)
Method
First put the medium flame in a pan to heat the butter .
- Roast the onion lightly after the butter is heated.
- If the onion is soft, add broccoli and fry it.
- Mix powdered almonds, vegetable stock, salt and pepper powder.
Wait for the first boil, and after the first boil, cover it for 10 minutes so that broccoli is cooked well and then turn off the flame. - Cool the boiled broccoli and put it in the blender and paste it well.
Heat the pan again and put the prepared paste in the pan and cook it with milk and close the flame.
Keep aside for heating the butter in a pan on the other side. - Once the butter is heated, roast the finely chopped almonds and close the flame.
- Prepare broccoli almond soup. Put in a bowl and garnish with curd and roasted almonds.
