Monsoon recipes: Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 5 Eggs

  • 1 Onion chopped

  • 1 Tsp green chillies

  • 1 Tsp garlic powder

  • Mixed herbs

  • 1 Tsp chilli flakes

  • Coriander leaves

  • Salt

  • 1 Tsp black pepper

  • Mayonnaise

  • 1 Cup mashed potatoes

  • Yolks of all 5 eggs

Method:

  1. Boil 5 eggs & cut them into halves

  2. In a large mixing bowl assemble the following – onions, green chillies, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, coriander leaves, black pepper, mayonnaise, salt, mashed potatoes and yolks of all 5 eggs

  3. Mix them into a fine mash

  4. Fill the halved egg pieces with the mash
