Ingredients:
5 Eggs
1 Onion chopped
1 Tsp green chillies
1 Tsp garlic powder
Mixed herbs
1 Tsp chilli flakes
Coriander leaves
Salt
1 Tsp black pepper
Mayonnaise
1 Cup mashed potatoes
Yolks of all 5 eggs
Method:
Boil 5 eggs & cut them into halves
In a large mixing bowl assemble the following – onions, green chillies, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chili flakes, coriander leaves, black pepper, mayonnaise, salt, mashed potatoes and yolks of all 5 eggs
Mix them into a fine mash
Fill the halved egg pieces with the mash
