Composition:
Svalka — 2 PCs.
Potatoes — 3 PCs.
Carrot — 1 PC.
Cabbage — 100 gr.
Onion (red) — 1 PC.
Garlic — 1 clove.
Tomato sauce — 2 tbsp
Vinegar 3% - 1 tsp
Khmeli-suneli
Salt
Black pepper.
1. Beets clean, cut into strips, fry adding the vinegar in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
2. Carrots cleaned, cut into small strips, add to the beets.
3. Onion peeled, cut into half rings, garlic skip through chesnokodavilku, add to the vegetables, fry for another 5 minutes.
4. Add diced potatoes and sauté 5 minutes. Shred cabbage, dobavit to the vegetables, add tomato sauce, salt, black pepper and hops-suneli. If necessary, add a little water.
5. Simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
The dish is ready.
