Today I am going to show you my first meal in Lithuania.
It is a typical dish that consists of a soup always accompanied by potatoes and a black bread to chop.
Ah and a delicious Baltic beer!
Saltibarsciai: it's that fancy pink soup.
It's made of buttermilk, hard-cooked eggs, cucumber but the main ingredient is beet.
It is a cold soup but it's also in hot format too.
Kepta duona: strips of dark bread, fried and salted with lots of garlic ( it's like fries but not really )
I hope you will enjoy watching it almost like me.
