It's 40 degrees outside and I really wanted to eat something refreshing and cold. This is an easy recipe of Okroshka.
- 4 medium sized potatoes
- 3-4 eggs
- 1 carrot
- 4 cucumbers
- 4-6 spring onions
- 350-450 grams sour cream
- 250 grams kefir (in my opinion, it can be replaced with greek yogurt)
Directions
- Boil potatoes and eggs, then chop them
- Add 600-700 milliliter water to kefir and sour cream l, stir well
- Chop cucumbers, carrot, spring onions
- Add everything together, stir well, chill in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
- Add salt (optional)
In Non-vegetarian recipe you can add boiled sausages
