Venezuelan Dessert (Quesillo)

Hello Steemers, i was showing you little pieces of Venezuela, today post is about my favorite Venezuela dessert EVER! this little heaven piece called QUESILLO! (PROVED and you will LOVE IT)

You will Need:

1 can of condensed milk
6 eggs
5 tablespoons sugar (for caramel)
1 trickle of rum
Milk (the same measure as condensed milk can)
Vanilla


Preparation

In a metal mold add ¼ of water and 5 tablespoons of sugar, move constantly but avoiding it burn, forming a thick golden-colored mixture, that is the caramel we want
Still warm, the caramel should be spread all over the mold and then allowed to cool until crystallized. .
Liquify the eggs, condensed milk and milk, until homogeneous.
Add vanilla, and / or rum.
The mixture is placed in the mold and placed in a water bath for one hour and 15 minutes. Or baked (inside a larger mold with water) at 350º F or 175º C.
Introduce it to the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours unmold enjoy it and tell me your experience!
