INGREDIENTES:
6 Fresh Beef Medallions
1 carrot cut into julienne slices
1 thick bacon slice, diced
4 cloves of garlic
1 large onion, cut into julienne slices
2 Tbsp oil
1 bottle of beer
2 cups of corn grains
1 sprig of fragrant herbs
1 Tbsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARACIÓN:
