I am pleased to address you ... many speak of a good diet, a complete diet, a balanced diet, etc. What they do not think about is that they slept 8 hours and the first thing they do when getting up is to take coffee, cereals, bread, meat, etc ... foods that need several hours to be digested, when really what you have to offer to your body after having rested 8 hours are natural fruits that are digested in less than 2 hours as bananas, mangoes, etc ... and really help your body and drink at least a glass of warm water in the morning. But as always the worst enemy are the media that fill our eyes with their deceptive advertising in which our brain falls and especially that of our children who deceive them with sugary cereals, hamburgers, donuts, sodas, etc.
