sharing with you all my 4 special recipe

I made iftar yesterday for my whole family and my relatives...Cause yesterday they all come to visit our house and it was special so.. I made various dishes most of them are favourite of mine as I am a food lover.. It was very hard to making iftar cause I was fasting but on the other I like to cook then it was as well as I was enjoyed cooking..I made lot of things I wanna share with you, my four made main recipe may be it can help you..


How to made chicken fry

1: chicken 1
2: 1 cup of milk medium cup
3: spice-paste, 1 tablespoon tea ... garlic paste, chopped ... Tea ... Ginger chopped tomatoes, curry leaves ... 1 teaspoon of hot spices ... 1 tea spoon ... 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 1 chilli chilli 1 tea tea: 1 tbsp of turmeric powder 1 tea: salt is like soup ...
4: The egg is one.
5: flour 2 cups
6: For oil frying.
Preparation: Prepare chicken size and cut meat with a little bit
Now mix the milk and all the spices. After all the spices are mixed, the meat will be kept in refrigerator for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, take out the meat ... Potato chut! <3


Baba is diabetics so all the cooking potatoes in the house is low, but without the potatoes, nothing in my mouth, nor the face of my daughter! I have eaten iftar without potato chip in the last 7 days, and no more! Today, my holidays are so different if we are adding potato potato, egg chops, shami kebab and potato paste.

The choice of paradise of potato is to make this different from the choice of Paradise. My mother and sister's bundia is soaked in the coriander, so we can weave them in different parts of our father-beta. :)

What it takes to make potato chut:
2 medium boiled potatoes, half a tomato, two chopped onions, chopped 3/4 koa garlic, half a teaspoon ginger paste, 1 table spoon talk yogurt, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 table spoon of butter, Gira Gora, dried chilli chana, coriander powder, bit salt, mint leaves, cottage cheese, coriander leaves, chapati / chaat spice, lemon juice are all like the taste.

How to make it
At first I did boil the potato and did not cut it. First, heat the oil in a pan and fry it with butter and add one cup of juice, garlic, ginger paste, sugarcane, tomato, and cumin seeds, and jaggery. Now, take 3/4 minutes of potato and take it in a bowl and sprinkle it with spices, girafara, chapati, lemon juice and dhyanipata.

How to made ruh afza

Made at home I am totally free from adulthood and expense ... I love a lot .. I need to take every Ramadan ...

Materials

Rose Essence
Red rose 3
Water 200 ml

Sira
Sugar 200 grams
Water is 125 meters
1/2 teaspoon of rose water
Keaua water 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice 1/2 table spoons

Method
Wash the water with rose water and take it to a large fiber and take water. When water is heated with 200 ml of water in a pan, the rose petals will be covered with a lid. The oven medium will remain high. After 2 minutes you will have to tilt. After 5 minutes, the pan will be removed from the stove and kept in the lid for 2 hours.
After 2 hours the water has to be removed and the petals must be thrown out. The oven sticks in the low low heat and a pans of 200 grams of sugar and water, waiting for the sugar to melt, it will give the rose water and lemon juice. Sugar syrup will thicken after 15/16 minutes of fuel in medium low heat. In this case, one third of the tea spoon of rose water, 1/2 teaspoon water, and 1/3 teaspoon of red food color should be reduced to 5 minutes by cooling down from the stove and stored in a glass dry bottle.

Note:

If you do not use glass bottle or zeros, it must be dried after drying 5-7 minutes in hot water and after drying it, then the spirit will be poured into Afza.

Materials:-

For Besan Battery: -

The brinjal is 2 (cut into half an inch of the round and a pitch is equal to the middle, to the bottom and to the bottom should be cut off ie that is, it can not be cut.)
1 cup of groundnut
Rice tablets 2 tablespoons of rice
Hald Guga 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon

Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

Besan batre made: -

Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl without eggplant. Then take a little bit of water in the soap. Try to beat it as if everything is mixed. It will not be thick enough. Battery is like an eggplant. Keep it covered for 15 minutes. Prepare the house in this time.
What is required for Kima: -


Take 1 cup of pure chicken kima (Ginger-garlic, salt and pepper to taste).
Piyazu Kichi 1
Kachmiri Koch 2-3
Like the taste of salt
Ghera guran 1/2 teaspoon
Hot spicy gargling a quarter of a teaspoon
Hald Gum 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Dhanepata Kuchi is a Muthu
Potato kochi
2 tablespoons of carrots
Oil for 2-3 tablespoons of spoon for cooking

Kima Cooking: -

Heat the oil in the pan, put the pita juice and ginger-garlic paste. Take a little bit of potato potatoes and fry it with the gram. Grind it with a bowl of spices and a little salt. Grate the chicken with minced meat. Mourin Kochi Day. Take 5 to 6 minutes of frying and put it in a bowl and drain it.

1: Put the brinjal as mentioned above, put salt in the water for 10 minutes. Once the water is in the eggplant, remove the excess water with the tissue towel.
2: Take a slice of eggplant. In the middle there is a pocket-like cut, fill it filled with one to a half teaspoon. There is no need to fill more stools.
3: Keep the heat on high amount of oil in the stove. Now press the base of the prepared eggplant on the full face of the eggplant and put it in the batter, put the batter in the oil. Turn one side upside down and turn it around. Take away the golden color of the oil. Keep the oil well in the tissue paper.
4: Put all the spoons on the plate. Serve with polao, white rice dal or sauce.
