The German cake recipe
Ingredients
- 150 grams of unsalted butter
- 1 1/3 cups of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch or corn starch

Preparation
PLACE the butter in a bowl and mix with the sugar with the help of a wire whisk. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix.
ADD cream, vanilla and chocolate. Sift the flour along with the starch and baking soda, add as rain and stir.
POUR the preparation into a previously greased and floured mold.
BAKE at 180 ° C for 35 minutes or until when chopping with a toothpick, it comes out clean. Take out of the oven and let it cool down.
PLACE the evaporated milk, the yolks and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, begin to beat and add the butter and vanilla. Do not stop moving until lightly thickened and remove from heat.
ADD the grated coconut and the chopped nuts. Let it cool
CUT the chocolate cake in 4 layers and fill with the cream, sandwich and finish the cake with the cream and nuts. Refrigerate and serve.
