Step 1.
In the pictures above I showed how I washed the yam tuber thoroughly to avoid any know of small or minute dirt of stones, you know it is very Paramount in tubers. Stones I mean.so I need to wash thoroughly.

Step 2.
The step two talked about how I dissected the yam tuber before I finally finished it up by peeling, I decided to come down as this because I discussed this on discord channel and I have some questions raised that I should please make it more simple for other even other languages to hear and assimilate it that's why I came up with two more languages, Chinese and Dutch. And I know it will really help so many people and other non English speaking languages.

Step 3.
In all my step 3, I introduced how I went ahead to peel the yam tubers and as well as washing them in two separate washing bowls to enable clean food consumption.

Step 4.

Step 5.
I talked about how to properly wash the White Eggplant Produce before slicing it and put it inside the pot with the already steaming yam. It has a way of getting rid of the thick hard stalk which joined the White Eggplant itself with the tree plant. So, you have to remove it gently so it won't spoil the whole White Eggplant.

Step 6.
Step six showed how equally I sliced the White Eggplant into small pieces and laid it down into already steaming peeled Yam. So as to make it quick done with the same pace with the yam. Although,I can boil the White Eggplant separately but it doesn't make any sense to when I already have a means of cooking it. It lasted for 20 minutes on the fire.

Step 7.
After washing the Peppers, tomatoes carefully it followed by grinding it with a hand Blender which is shown in the photo above. It's very simple to use. But it should be used as prescribed.

Step 8.
It shown how I picked up those already boiled white Eggplant from the cooking yam. It takes exactly 20minutes to cook the Eggplant. And here we go, it already done. So I collected it into a flat plate so it can really cool down abit and afterwards I began the scrap properly.

Step 9.
After the scrapping of the boiled Eggplant into a white plate , I was left with just the hard back. Not too hard but it look so thick a bit. My aim is to show the step by step method how I did my own cooking , that's why I am so different from others. I might be very slow or not too clear in photography but I give my best.
I smashed the boiled Eggplant to make it look more choppy and look so inviting to eat.

After pouring the Vegetable oil inside the washed frying pan. I added my grinded pepper as shown.

I added my sliced onions into it to make it taste awesome and tasty .

I added my Salt as well.

After 10minutes of cooking the raw pepper with the onions, I left it again to cook more after that, I poured the already smashed Eggplant into the pepper sauce.

After 10minutes of cooking the Eggplant Sauce I turn off the cooker and bring it down and I left it for few seconds to cool off. It Aroma was so much that my neighbor next to me had to knock on our door to ask , please what is going on here? I told him, Sir. We are preparing Eggplant Sauce. He had interest in it as well so I told him when next I want to harvest the Eggplant, i will give him a piece.
