I've always maintained that you can't outrun a bad diet!
What you eat has a far greater influence on your weight and health than exercise alone.
What goes in changes what it is see outside more than an hour in the gym everyday.
Without a doubt, diet is the number-one factor in weight loss and body image.
Calories surplus or valley deficit decide whether your weight goes up or down.
These both can still be negative, starving or under supplementing your body is just as body as over eating and binging.
It's imperative to give your body the nutrients it needs in a controlled manner.
For example roughly 235 calories for a slice of cake.
This would be supplying minimal nutrients, convert that to a banana and a protein shake which equal the same calories and you revive;
Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6, Magnesium, protein, complex carbohydrates.
Now which one do you think will give you more energy and fuel your body?
