Pho cha

Other designations are butter tea. PHO cha so famous in the region of Tibet. Made from tea leaves, yak butter option, and salt. Which is believed to increase energy.

Ordinary Tibetan locals mengonsumsinya in the morning before activity a day. Make pho cha can not be done within five or 10 minutes. The process makes it took quite a long time, because the tea leaves still should be boiled in water for a few hours.
