Hi guys! Today i want to be writting about a local african dish with has alot of norishments.
AFRICAN SALAD aka ABACHA! It made from cassavar with specifications like been pilled the same day of uproot and also has some bright cover colour, these are the quality that makes the cassavar for ABACHA. Its very popular in nigeria and also been enjoyed by some of my whit brother from America, British and Europe etc.
The african salad is mainly own or indroduced to others by the Igbos.
But today it has become special and a general food by everybody in and outside the country. A pleates of these AF Salad is sold very high above the english salad because they cherish it alot.
In my next article i will be explaining how to prepare it so that even you in China, Uk, USA and around the world can prepare it and feel the delicious taste.
