HOW TO start your BUSY day with the PERFECT breakfast!

in #food7 years ago (edited)

Before we begin, my qualifications as a chef do not go much further than my own kitchen but I have picked up quite a few tricks from cooking with family members and speaking with a few big names in the industry.

We all know those mornings when you wake up craving a delicious meal but the antics involved in the preparation and time to create such a delight prevents what your palette deserves. However, if you are in a position to spend a little more time than a splash of milk and cereal this is the perfect recipe to create the perfect scrambled eggs.

  1. Take a large chunk of butter and place it in the pan on a medium temperature. As the butter melts, whisk your eggs in a bowl. The more air in the eggs, the fluffier the product will be.

  2. Next, take the whisked eggs and pour them into the pan slowly and continue to whisk. Once all the egg is in the pan, stop stirring with your fork and switch to a wooden spoon. A wooden spoon keeps the eggs together – making it less chunk – and a wooden spoon removes any flavor that a metal spoon would leave.

  3. Keep stirring your eggs on a low temperature and use this time to put some toast on a butter it.

  4. Once the eggs are left with only a dribble of liquid and the rest is solidified, mix in a small spoon of crème fresh. This prevents the egg from sticking to the pan and becoming over cooked. It also provides a creamy texture.

  5. Place the eggs on the toast and sprinkle some diced chives and a small grind of pepper over the top.

The final - slightly more obscure - step is to find a beach and snapchat everyone your new dish so you can pretend that you truly know how to cook. I hope this quick how to guide can come in to some practical use.

you liked my post, and here I am liking your omelette, I do the same thing but I don't use creme fresh at the end, I add some more butter at the end which also keeps it from sticking and adds some shiny finish.

That's a brilliant suggestion, I will try that tomorrow. Glad we could connect and I have followed you!

Pleasure is mine!

More butter to anything is always the best choice. ^^

Aha that is so true!

They really. The view made it perfect though!
