I Loooooovvveeee Green Smoothies! It is the best way to get your fruit and vegetable servings in the morning. There are so many different ways to make the smoothies. I will share my recipe below.
For my Green Smoothie I use:
Spinach
a bag of frozen tropical fruit
a fresh banana
water
I fill up the blender halfway with spinach and add a small bag of frozen tropical fruit
Then I cut up a fresh banana on the top, that cuts out any bitter taste from the greens
I then add about a 1/4 cup of water
No need to add ice due to using frozen vegetables
And enjoy!!!
