Those look delicious. I have a bamboo steamer that sits atop of a pan of boiling water. Do you think that would work? I have never seen a steamer like yours.

Thank you @melinda010100 . Your steamer is perfect! Thats how they usually do it :-). No worries, you can use your bamboo steamer ! My steamer also uses water underneath.
My grandkids are coming next week and these might be fun to make with them. ( And most likely something they would like.) It seems that every culture has some sort of meat filled dumpling, doesn't it?
Kids love playing with dough! I believe there are also chocolate buns. I think you can fill it with anything.
