APPLE KHEER [A HEALTHY DISH]

Ingredients Required for Apple Kheer Recipe
Milk full cream - 1 liter
Baking soda - half pinch
Apple - 400 grams
Sugar - 75 grams
Cashews - 10
Raisins - 15-20
Pistachios - 7-8
Small cardamom - 4
Method - How to make Apple Kheer
- Put the milk on the gas to heat it in a heavy frying pan. After the milk is boiled, run it with a spoon and boil it until half of the milk is cooked, stirring in a little while, stirring the boiling milk from the spoon to the bottom so that the milk is not covered under the frying pan.
- cashews by doing 7-8 pieces of cashew nuts, save four cashews, which will be used to decorate Kheer. Break the raisins stalks and wash them. Cut the pists finely. Peel the small cardamom and crack it.
- Wash the apples, peel and remove the hard part of the center and grate it.
- Put baking soda in boiling milk and mix well, add grated apples and cook in a pan with a spoon till it becomes boiled again.
- Combine dried fruits and sugar after getting apples and rubbing of kheer, once in a while. Cook the kheer with a spoon and cook for 2-3 minutes. Apple's kheer is ready, shut the fire. Add Cardamom in Kheer and mix it.
Take the apple kheer in the cup and decorate it with finely chopped pistachios and cashews.
Serve and eat apples like hot or cold as kheer.
Suggestion for U
if U like dry fruits you can add it and if u don't you can remove .
If u are cooking this food for children less than 2 years old, then you shouldn't put dried fruits in apple kheer.
