Mediterranean Style Meatballs Recipe:
Wash the celery leaves, dry them and finely chop them. Extract carrots and celery and dig in the kitchen robot. Remove the peeled tomatoes and collect the water in a bowl and chop it.
Dig the onions. Half of the onions, 2 pieces of crushed garlic, carrot, celery and tomato pieces in 4 tablespoons olive oil to roast. Add the tomato juice, add the powder and black pepper and cook for 30 minutes in the light steam.
