This is one of my favorite easy protein packed snacks to have after an intense workout.
With only 3 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make, its pretty hard to mess this one up ;)
Use whatever bread you enjoy the most
Canned Tomato Paste
1 small can of Tuna
Just because it is more fun, here is a super quick video I made for how to put it all together :D
*Salt and Pepper is optional of course
