Reminds me of mom’s cooking! I can even imagine the amazing smell! Pot roast with the meat falling off of the bone and rich brown gravy. Where I live there is almost no beef. I have thought of raising some of my own, but it is also difficult to store when there are frequent power outages. But a man can dream!
