5 minutes - Cooking Time
30 minutes - Photo Taking time (LOL)
Ingredients:
- ½ cup dehydrated sweet potatoes (from my dehydrated fruit and vegetable collections)
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 2.5 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoon hemp hearts
- ¼ cup raisins
- A few slices dehydrated apples and peaches (from my dehydrated fruit and vegetable collections)
Cooking:
- Put 1.5 cup water in a small sauce pan, stove top high heat bring to boil,
- put sweet potatoes, steel cut oats, and chia seeds Ingredients in the boiling water, stir, bring to boil then turn heat to low and cover, cook for 3 minutes,
- Put hemp hearts, raisins and apples / peaches Ingredients in the pan, stir and cover, cook for 2 more minutes, dish in to bowl then top with a few pine nuts and whatever fruits you like.

2)放材料1,2 和3 在锅里,搅匀煮开,盖上盖子小火焖3分钟
3)放材料4,5和6在锅里,搅匀盖上盖子小火焖2分钟,盛在碗里加上新鲜水果
I love your photographs. That meal looks so delicious--just my kind of breakfast--and the perfect place to eat it! I'd love to add a little yogurt though. ;)
Thank you, key word is "EASY" ;-) . And yes yogurt would be great, I was to focusing on taking photos (LOL) and forgot about my homemade yogurt and Jams, I will add that to my next post about the easiest homemade yogurt.
