What is better than eating a healthy breakfast in my veggie and fruit garden with a hummingbird (简单易做-5分钟健康早餐)

Healthy breakfast, serves 2 (中文在下面)

Time

1 minute - Preparation
5 minutes - Cooking Time
30 minutes - Photo Taking time (LOL)

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup dehydrated sweet potatoes (from my dehydrated fruit and vegetable collections)
  2. 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  3. 2.5 tablespoon chia seeds
  4. 3 tablespoon hemp hearts
  5. ¼ cup raisins
  6. A few slices dehydrated apples and peaches (from my dehydrated fruit and vegetable collections)
    Ingredients for healthy  Breakfast

Cooking:

  1. Put 1.5 cup water in a small sauce pan, stove top high heat bring to boil,
  2. put sweet potatoes, steel cut oats, and chia seeds Ingredients in the boiling water, stir, bring to boil then turn heat to low and cover, cook for 3 minutes,

  3. Put hemp hearts, raisins and apples / peaches Ingredients in the pan, stir and cover, cook for 2 more minutes, dish in to bowl then top with a few pine nuts and whatever fruits you like.

HAPPY STEEMING DAY!

健康早餐 两人份
备料1分钟,烹制5分钟,
原材料
1)1/2 杯白薯干
2)1/2 麦片
3)2.5 茶匙奇亞籽(chia seeds)
4)3 茶匙大麻籽(hemp hearts)
5)1/4 量杯 葡萄干

  1. 1/2 苹果和桃子干
    烹制
    1)放1.5量杯水在锅里,大火煮开
    2)放材料1,2 和3 在锅里,搅匀煮开,盖上盖子小火焖3分钟
    3)放材料4,5和6在锅里,搅匀盖上盖子小火焖2分钟,盛在碗里加上新鲜水果

I love your photographs. That meal looks so delicious--just my kind of breakfast--and the perfect place to eat it! I'd love to add a little yogurt though. ;)

Thank you, key word is "EASY" ;-) . And yes yogurt would be great, I was to focusing on taking photos (LOL) and forgot about my homemade yogurt and Jams, I will add that to my next post about the easiest homemade yogurt.
