What I love most about cayenne is its weight loss benefits. There are cayenne pepper supplements that can help you lose weight because it has a thermogenic effect, which means it helps your body produce heat to make you sweat and your metabolism faster.

BUT BUT BUT...slow down on the cayenne if you're not used to taking it! Taking too much of it without allowing your stomach to get familiar with it can irritate your stomach or cause acid reflux. I have experienced this myself, and I don't want anybody to experience the same. Take weight loss easy...go for the slower but safer method. And most importantly, be patient!
