As I do love banana I also love the heart of banana because the heart of banana taste really good and yummy, we used to make heart banana stir fry, heart banana with coconut milk and heart banana with vinegar and it was really delicious. We have banana in our mini garden in the province that's why we like this heart of the banana to cook that way as I mention above my mom is really expert in making those recipe and we really love it. I hope you guys can try it also to those who never tried it and I assure you guys it's really good if you only knew how to cook it. Other than that this is also one of my favorite food.
