INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
6 Meatballs
1 Chorizo
2 Large potatoes
1 Garlic clove
Olive oil
2 Bay leaves
Salt
Paprika
250ml White wine
500ml Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Finely chop the garlic, cut the chorizo in slices and cut the potatoes in cubes.
2: In a cooking pot add 4tbsp of olive oil and add the meatballs frying them until golden brown.
3: Add the garlic and chorizo and continue frying for 1 minute.
4: Add the bay leaves, a sprinkle of Paprika, salt to your own liking, wine, water and mix together.
5: Cover the pot and on medium to high heat cook until the potatoes are soft.
6: Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then serve.
