INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)
5 Fresh pork loin filets
1 Chorizo
440g Jar of fried tomato sauce
300g Pasta of your choice
Olive oil
1 Green pepper
1 Onion
3 Garlic cloves
Dried parsley
Black pepper
Paprika
Salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
1: Finely chop the garlic, onion and pepper.
2: Cut the pork loin and chorizo into bitesize pieces.
3: Cover the base of a frying pan with olive oil and heat up on high. Add the the above chopped meat and vegetables and fry for 5 minutes, stirring them often.
4: Add salt to your own taste, a sprinkle of black pepper and parsley, 1 tsp of sweet paprika and the jar of tomato sauce. Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring ocassionally.
5: Boil the pasta to your own liking, drain and serve. Add the sauce over the pasta or you can add the sauce to the pot of pasta, mixing it well and then serve.
6: Enjoy… With a side salad and/or fresh rustic bread!
