We can also refer to it as a dairy-cream kadif. It is my favorite sweet sweets. Simple, fast, tasty:
For this recipe today I used:
500 gr kadif
150 gr melted butter
100 ml of milk
400 gr cheese cream (with mozzarella made better, but today did not shoot at home)
Serve: 300 gr sugar, 200 ml water, lengu and half lemons
The kunifin is cool. We thaw the butter and throw it over the bat. We are good at it until we "bathe" the whole kadifi.
We make cream cheese together with milk and we mix it.
We fill the half of the mass of the kaafifah, put it over the milk and then over the saphifah.
Bake 170 degrees for about 40 minutes.
The water shakes until it gets wet. Hot kuifi, hot food
