Filling:

Cornstarch - 100 g

Preparation:

Dough:

Mix the butter with sugar, add eggs and flour. Knead the dough and put it in a baking dish well spread over the surface. Make small sides so that the filling does not leak out. Put the form with the dough into the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then send the dough into the oven, heated to 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

Filling:

Beat eggs with sugar. Then add the melted butter, starch, juice and lemon zest. Mix well and pour the lemon filling into the pie. Put the cake back in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Ready pie completely cool before serving to the table. Lemon pie is perfect for family or friendly gatherings, as well as help pass the time for tea.
