Ingredients:
Water - 2/3 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons
Dry yeast - 15 g
Salt - pinch
Cocoa - 2 tbsp. spoons
Rye flour - 2/3 cup
Wheat flour - 1 glass
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon
Anis - to taste
Prunes - 50 g
Preparation:
1. Rinse prunes under running water. Then dry the prunes on a napkin and cut into slices.
2. Add yeast and sugar to the warm water. Mix everything.
3. Add salt, about 1/3 cup of wheat flour, cocoa powder and anise. Mix again well.
4. Gradually add rye flour, ratsitelno oil and prunes. All mix well.
5. Then add the wheat flour and knead the dough.
6. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and put it in a warm place for one hour.
7. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil.
8. From the dough, form a round billet and gently lay it in a baking dish.
9. Once again cover the bread with a kitchen towel and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
10. Bake bread at a temperature of 180 degrees 25-30 minutes.
11. Try bread for breakfast with butter and cottage cheese.
