Today I bring you a super incredible recipe, very easy and simple to prepare, few ingredients are used, our recipe is: Vegan Cheese Cream. Ideal to use as a substitute for cheese, in desserts and meals, even in a cheese cake, as a cream to spread and to make chocolate ganache.

Our Vegan Cheese Cream DOES NOT contain casein, lactose, is gluten free and with 4 ingredients, nutritious, high in calcium.
This recipe is suitable for celiacs, special diets, allergies, diabetics and vegans.
Now let's see the ingredients we need and their preparation.
Ingredients:
- 120 grams of unroasted sesame or white sesame (substitutable by ANY other walnut).
- Water.
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Salt and spices to taste.

Preparation:
1- Let the sesame soaking in water that passes it, at least for 8 hours.

2- We eliminate the water by draining with the help of a strainer.

3- Pour the sesame seeds into the blender, add 3 tablespoons of water and process little by little until a thick cream is obtained.

4- Add lemon, salt and spices to taste.

5- Keep covered, refrigerated and in the coldest part of the refrigerator.

Now, as the main ingredient in our recipe is sesame, let's talk a little about its nutritional properties and some benefits of consuming it:
Properties of sesame seeds:
Sesame seeds are very nutritious, are rich in unsaturated fatty acids (such as lecithin, omega 6 and omega 9) helping us to maintain low cholesterol levels, fiber, contain antioxidants, vegetable proteins, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, E and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, silicon, copper, boron, potassium, iron, iodine and selenium.
