Cup Cake for a Quick Breakfast or Snack

Hello everyone I share the recipe for my breakfast today, cup cake or Mug Cake, this is very fast I did two in 10 minutes.
What you need:
• 2 tablespoons of oil or margarine.
• 5 tablespoons of flour (the one you like)
In my case I am in Venezuela and it is difficult to get wheat flour use rice flour or rice cream.
• 4 tablespoons of sugar or sweetener.
• 1 egg.
• 1 teaspoon baking powder.
• 1 teaspoon vanilla.
• 2 tablespoons of milk, water or juice of preference.
The preparation
I am particularly adding ingredient by ingredient, I beat the butter or oil with the sugar, then the egg, then the flour and the baking powder. then the vanilla, if I notice that the mixture is very thick I add two tablespoons of liquid can be milk, water or juice of my preference if I want the tortica has another flavor, my teenager likes it a lot when I add zest and juice lemon, I add it to my liking. The cup should be half full because if it is more than half it will overflow in the microwave. Then I take the cup to the microwave, the time depends on each microwave, the cup that I use today is big and I am in the middle, so I cook it for 2 minutes, if it is less than half I put it 1.2 or 1, 5 minutes.
When I have cocoa I add it and I make it from chocolate, I have also made it with powder for chocolate drinks, what I have to keep in mind when I use the chocolate drink is to reduce the amount of sugar since these mixtures bring added sugar. In another publication I explain the chocolate that remains divine, I also add a syrup made with the same chocolate drink and a splash of water.
On the flour you can add the one you want or the one you have, it can be wheat, rice or oatmeal.
